Woodlands Church is one church in many locations with our main campus in The Woodlands, TX, and several satellite campuses including a Church Online Internet campus. PASTOR KERRY AND CHRIS

Kerry and his wife, Chris, founded Fellowship of The Woodlands, now Woodlands Church, in 1993. Kerry Shook is one of today’s most gifted communicators offering a clear, contemporary and creative teaching style.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Woodlands Church holds strongly to certain beliefs about the Bible, God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, salvation, and the Church.

WHAT WE PRACTICE

Beliefs are not worth much unless they are translated into actions. Based on what the Bible teaches, we feel very strongly about the following seven practices: Bible as sole authority, autonomy of each local church, priesthood of every believer, tithing, baptism by immersion, Spirit-led living, and telling others about Christ.

Woodlands Church believes that church should be engaging and fun, calling it “The Best Hour of Your Week”. We strive to eliminate the barriers of boredom, unfriendliness and fear that keep people from experiencing a relationship with Jesus Christ.
