Georgia has always been my home.  I am a proud mom of one son, Chance,  24 years old, and wife to husband, Lindsey of 27 years.   We live in Gainesville.  I am owner and operator of a drapery workroom for  21 years, which involves fabrication, installation, as well as selling blinds, shutters and shades.  My job could be paperwork, measuring windows for draperies or ordering fabric.  But the best part of my job is seeing my client’s reaction after an installation of window treatments that completed a night and day transformation.   In 2017, after 20 years in the workroom, I completed the Lanier Tech program in interior design.   I am enjoying my new role in interior design and look forward to helping my client's in a greater way than ever before.

My time off from work is usually spent at church, or volunteering at Choice’s Pregnancy Center in Flowery Branch.  I am an adoptive mother and am passionate about encouraging pregnant mothers to choose life.   Lindsey and I also enjoy visiting gardens.  Our favorites are Atlanta Botanical, Gibbs Gardens and Callaway Gardens.  We love to camp – camper camping not tent.  We usually take our bikes for rides through our favorite campgrounds all over Georgia.  Our favorite place to ride is Callaway Gardens and our favorite place to camp is FDR state park in Pine Mountain, although Lake Burton and Lake Rabun is a close second favorite.
