Roger Ghai has practiced law since 1989 and has had a focus on injury cases such as truck accidents, slip and fall, car accidents,  medcial malpractice cases, and defective drug cases.  He has authored a book Winning Your Car Accident Case In Georgia. 

He is a transplant from Minnesota who still enjoys ice fishing and snowmobiling. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, obtained his law degree at Santa Clara University School of Law, and holds a Master of Laws Degree in Litigation from Emory University. 

In addition, he represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings with a focus on Chapter 7 bankruptcy.   Formerly he was a guest speaker on 1380 WAOK Radio on the topic of bankruptcy.
