Owner, Tom Kelley, has been involved in the construction industry most of his life.  The only son of an experienced contractor, Tom worked alongside his father in their hometown of Dayton, Ohio.  After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a business degree, Tom and his parents moved to Cape Coral, Florida.  It was here that Tom earned his General Contractor's license and established his own construction company.  Thomas W. Kelley Custom Builders, Inc. has been serving the Southwest Florida community since 1981.  He and his wife, Amy, have worked together in the business while they raised their two sons, Bryan and Marcus.  They are truly proud of their family business and the legacy they share.

BUILDING ON REFERRALS

Tom's first project as a licensed contractor was the construction of a modest home in Cape Coral.  From there, he found a niche in the duplex and multi-family market as well as in residential home building.  He credits the growth of his company on the referrals and repeat business of his satisfied customers.  It was from these referrals that he also gained expertise in remodeling, additions and commercial construction for companies such as Domino's Pizza.
