Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University in the field of Human Services, Institutional Management, Social Work, Education or other related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience, providing direct services to children, adolescents and/or adults with Intellectual Disabilities
- Will be required to pass background check

Mental Health Support Counselor must possess skills and abilities necessary to for the delivery of:
- Psycho-educational services
- Mentoring services
- Crisis de-escalation services
- Family relationship building
- Social skills building
- Anger Management
- Self sufficiency and self management skills
- Academic and vocational guidance
