This Position is reponsible for assisting customers in Shiping, Mailing, Packinging, Document services (Printing, binding etc ..). Additionally, the person is responsible for educating customers about our services and products. We provide Uniform, badge etc. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in sales and upselling customers through various sales techniques.

Proficient in basic math skills in order to perform cashiering functions

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in computer usage, MS OFFICE, IE and other standard applications is a must. When applying please mention your experience with MS Office and  designing.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Full-time associates must be available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, including two saturdays a month.

Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments

Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience

Follow the Value Added Services Process (i.e., selling coverage / insurance for the shipments etc ...) by effectively communicating the benefits to the customer
