• This is a full time position.
• This person must have experience in teaching and a passion for excellence in training.
• This person must be skilled in time management.
• This person must be self directed and and highly organized.
• This person must have basic computer skills.
• This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant except for management and office work.

Job Duties and Responsibliities Include:

1. New employee orientation and training
2. Re-Certification of existing employees
3. Develop and supervise Certified Trainers
4. Uniform Ordering and Uniform Inventory Management
5. Employee Care: To include the following.... birthdays,monthly parties,Mothers Day, Fathers Day, anniversaries, graduates, baby showers, Valentines day, Manager outings, and Christmas Party.
