Lawn & Landscaping Foreman – Noblesville and Surrounding areas

Candidates must have reliable transportation, professional lawn care experience and a great attitude. This is a fast-paced work environment. We work hard and have fun! We need like-minded individuals to help us take our company to the next level. You must be able to work long hours; lift heavy materials regularly; pass a background check and drug screen; be on time every day and be professional. Attention to detail, care for our equipment and clients’ properties, and high energy are a must. We use only industry leading equipment and offer a competitive wage and opportunities for advancement.

(Our average season lasts from mid-March thru mid-December.)

General Foreman Job Requires:

• All Crew Member duties listed below
• Maintenance and repair of tools & equipment
• Experience and Ability to successfully manage time, crew and work flow
• Good customer service skills

General Crew Member Duties Include:

• Lawn Maintenance (Mowing, Trimming and Edging)
• Pooper-Scooper Services
• Aeration and Overseeding
• Mulch Installation (includes bed cleaning, digging, shoveling and hauling)
• Shrub, Small Tree Trimming, Pruning and Planting
• Spring and Fall Clean-ups
• Leaf Removal
• Possibly Snow Removal
