RESPONSIBILITIES
As a SFG Representative, you will create your own schedule to meet with families that have requested more information about insurance plans. After consulting with each family and reviewing their personal needs, you will use the many resources available from SFG to determine the most affordable personalized plan for each family.
Symmetry provides all representatives extensive training, licensing assistance for new agents, ongoing mentorship, seminars and events, weekly national calls, and access to our proprietary Lead Management, CRM, and Recruiting Software to help you to continue to expand your own business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently have or be willing to acquire a life insurance license.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Fully understand each of Symmetry’s available products.
- Reliable transportation will be needed.
