Encore Event Rentals in Shreveport is looking for new Tent and Event Installers. We have been in business since 1983 and are always looking for new people to grow with our company. We currently have an opening to help install and take down event and party tents as well as other event equipment.

Knowledge of tent/event installation is preferred but not required. Occasional travel and overnight stay required for out of town for jobs. Crew members must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.

Principal Duties

• Install and take down tents and other event equipment

• Keep inventory clean and organized

Requirements

• High School diploma

• Be able to show up on time and sometimes work late

• Reliable transportation

• Able to occasionally stay overnight on out of town jobs

• Valid driver's license - CDL preferred but not required

• Encore does background check and drug screening prior to hiring

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, unassisted

• Utilize and operate standard power tools

Compensation will be based on past education and experience. Encore offers paid holidays and vacation time after 1 year
