BuildSPEC, LLC.  is looking for a seasoned project manager to supervise all aspects of residential  and multi-family new construction.

 Job Responsibilities:

➢ Day to day jobsite operations of multiple residential and multi-family projects.

➢ Ensure the quality of production while remaining on or ahead of schedule?

➢ Secure a Building Permit & Final Certificate of Occupancy.

➢ Manage Subcontractors & Suppliers.

➢ Develop initial construction schedule & update daily.

➢ Maintain site documents.

➢ Job-site organization.

➢ Maintain clean jobsite.

➢ Process shop drawings & product data.

➢ Process & estimate change orders.

➢ Complete projects on time.

➢ Close out project promptly & professionally

Skills/Qualifications:

➢Must have residential and multi-family construction project management experience.  

➢ Ability to read construction documents & site engineering plans.

➢ Computer skills - using state of the art construction management software package (will train).    

➢ Strong communication and organization skills.   

➢ Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.                                        

➢ Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screens.
