· Receive, sort and distribute mail

· Responsible for managing the outlook calendar for accounts including supplies
· Inspections and any other special projects for ops manager / accounts manager
· Make calls to subs Nd managers to set and follow
· Write list of supplies and equipment
· creates list of supplies approved by ops manager
· Assistant receives supply orders upon approval of ops manager forwards to office manager
· Orders are placed 15 days and sometimes waiting to 20 days which creates late
· Schedules jobs with ops manager (Over time should be able to schedule independently)
· Copy ops manager on emails - using outlook calendar Using phone/email contact ops manager with updates (as many as it takes)
· Follows up with crews until the job gets after job is completed request hours and pay.
· Payroll (Sub-Contractor & Employee)
· Performs job actions for contractors and invoicing clients- Create and save to folder for client and subcontractor, Email it to office managers for approval Office manager will print and ops manager will sign off to be given to general manager

· Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities
* Previous Supervisory Experience
* Must be a great communicator
* Must be 18 years or older
* Demonstrate work history with at least 2 local personal references
* Ability to operate heavy cleaning equipment such as scrubbing machines
* Must have reliable transportations
