We are interviewing for a Maintenance and Repair Specialist.  This role involves knowledge and experience maintaining and repairing residential and/or commerical properties.  Tasks include Painting, Caulking, Changing of Light Bulbs, AC Filters, Cleaning. 

Applicant must have their own tools and reliable transportation.  A background check will be conducted.
