The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience creating and delivering digital and classroom curriculum related to industrial operations including new hire orientation through executive development.  Multi site, medium size company projecting continued expansion and offering a strong empowerment culture.   This position will also support general human resources functions such as recruiting, employee relations, and wellness initiatives.  Both experience and educaton will be considered, must possess exceptional written and verbal communication ability, be an expert technology user, and be willing to travel between locations as needed.  Direct hire salaried position, $45K plus depending on experience.
