I love Woodstock First Baptist! This is more than a building; it is a family. The truth of Scripture is never compromised, and grace and mercy are never in short supply. Never have I seen a church body so determined to wholly teach God's people, serve the community, and reach the world. These are our people, our friends, our family, and our church.
FBC Woodstock has been an integral part of our family's life for many years. Our children were raised under this ministry and now their children are growing up here. Through all of life's blessings and struggles, our faith has kept us strong and the community we share at FBCW has been one of the most important aspects of our family's lives. Tony has served on many planning groups from finance to personnel to deacons. He led the transition team when Pastor Jeremy came as Pastor. We have been honored to assist many staff members and Pastors. Currently, Tony is mentoring several real estate agents in the church. The family of First Baptist Woodstock has been a wonderful blessing during the good times and the bad times. This family has always been there with us. We have represented various staff members and Pastors at FBCW. These include; Pastor Jeremy and Carrie Morton, Pastor Emeritus Dr. Johnny Hunt and his wife, Janet, Derrick and Amber Jackson, Christian and Kayla Norman, Cliff and April Duren, Scott and Millie White, Jake and Ashley Holman, Phil and Josie Cunningham, and many others. We would love the opportunity to assist you in the most valuable asset you can own, your home.
We found our church home with First Baptist Church of Woodstock. It is where we felt the Holy Spirit was leading us to join. It has been a wonderful refuge for our family. The church has many activities for our girls.
