Built To Last
Built To Last
Last week, I heard a leader say, “Things that last, aren’t built fast.”
In a fast food, win now, culture, the temptation is to buy into the “What have you done for me lately?” mindset.
We want instant success. Patience is rarely valued.
We need to be reminded that sustainability comes from doing things right, not doing things fast.
The best companies, those that sustain greatness, are the ones committed to working the right process, over time.
If you want to build something that will endure, I suggest you take your time.
How long do you think it takes to establish the RIGHT culture in an organization?
