Highland Engineering, Inc. is seeking a full time or part time secretary or office manager at our office in Orlando, Florida. This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, however, part time work may be considered based on indivdual circumstances and availability. The Receptionist’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
Answering all incoming phone calls and directing calls to the appropriate individuals.
Notate telephone/in-person messages and forward to appropriate recipient.
Greet all visitors in a cordial and professional manner.
Maintain a comfortable, organized lobby area for prospective applicants.
Checking the daily mail and sending/receiving incoming and outgoing packages.
Ordering office supplies
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain spreadsheets and reports
Experience with multiple phone lines
Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel
Must be organized and able to multi-task
Must have a positive and upbeat attitude
Communication and time management skills are a must.
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required experience: Administrative Duties: 1 year
